Harry Potter Movies in Order

Harry Potter Movies in Order

We were welcomed to the world of magic at the impressionable age of 11 — at least, most of us were. Therefore, we became part of the journey of the harry Potter franchise that has enriched us with lessons that we won’t have managed to learn and absorb otherwise.

Not just lessons, but it even became a major source of learning the English language better for many of us! Even Anya Taylor-Joy, the Queen’s Gambit star revealed that she learned English through Harry Potter books earlier this year.

We’ve been so influenced by these movies that we even considered naming this blog “Harry Potter and the Order of the Movies”.

Anyway, what started out as a coming-of-age story of a young boy who lived in a cupboard under the stairs transformed into a blockbuster franchise that shaped our ideologies and gave us heroes and inspirational characters to root for.

It may come as a surprise — considering the instrumental role of these movies — many of us have managed to live under a rock or denied the power of this beautiful story. Until now. Until this blog.

Hogwarts school, for some people, is a place of divine intervention. Many people call it their Home. And others deem it a place yet to discover. What remains to be true is that no one has ever said anything bad about it — not for the movies, and especially not the books.

Thus, if you’re someone who wants to unravel the world of wizardry, these action movies are a must-watch. Now comes the actual question: Where do you begin?

The good news is that there are only ten movies on your watch list, including the Fantastic Beasts series, making it easier to participate in a Harry Potter Marathon. Every movie unfolds a different mystery leading to the final and ultimate Battle of Hogwarts in this wizarding world.

Want to take a quick trip and discover snippets from each movie before you decide to watch all the original Harry Potter movies in order on Netflix? Let’s go in chronological order!
