Abu Dhabi is set to kick off the international World Triathlon Championship Series once more, with the opening race scheduled for March 8-9, 2024, at the renowned Yas Marina Circuit.

This premier event promises a weekend full of sporting excitement – witness top athletes compete for crucial Olympic and Paralympic qualifying points; seize the opportunity to race across the same courses as your triathlon, running, and cycling idols; and indulge in a variety of family-oriented activities in the race village.
The World Triathlon Championships Series Abu Dhabi is brought to you by TAQA and is an initiative of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.

Abu Dhabi’s opening round on March 3 witnessed a stunning British double gold with Beth Potter clinching her inaugural WTCS win and Alex Yee delivering a masterclass to secure his fifth WTCS triumph.

This season consists of five stages, culminating in the Grand Final in Malaga come October.
This year, athletes will primarily aim for the Olympic Games in France, where the individual competitions are scheduled for July 30 and 31, followed by the mixed relay event on August 5.
