Every time I play Ronnie is always a great occasion. I lost to Ronnie in the semis here 13 years ago. Neither of us are getting any younger. More grey hairs, so I suppose we have to pat ourselves on the back for still being here.
Completing the quarter-final line-up, China’s Zhang Anda pulled off a dramatic comeback against Thailand’s Noppon Saengkham, winning 6-5. Trailing 5-4, Zhang showcased his resilience by winning the final frame with a break of 65, ending a marathon match that lasted over four and a half hours.
