Season 2 of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will premiere on Disney+, with a star-studded roster of guests including Chance the Rapper.
In Feb, the resurrection of the Disney Channel animation from the 2000s began on the streaming site, starting up where the original show left off. This time, however, it is set in the 2020s. Several of the original voice actors returned, including Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, the 14-year-old heroine.
With the season finale on April 20, Disney Plus has revealed that the series has been confirmed for a second season. The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder season 2 are presently in development, according to Deadline, but there is no information on a release date. Much of the first season’s voice cast is scheduled to return, including original stars like Tommy Davidson, and Pratt as well as newcomers like Billy Porter, Keke Palmer, and Zachary Quinto.
Season 2 of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will include a fresh lineup of celebrity visitors, similar to season 1. Some of the major names set to appear are Gabrielle Union, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Gabby Douglas, and Leslie Odom Jr. The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder may now continue to connect with this ever-changing environment as Penny, her pals, and her family go on new adventures, with season 2 on the way.
